Mariam Yousef

Dedicated and compassionate professional with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, and assisted living management. I hold multiple degrees in Psychology, technology, and business science, and I have extensive experience working with children and adults who require emotional and physical support. I am a licensed Caregiver, Certified Assisted Living Residential Manager, and trained in Medical Administration and Behavioral Health (BHT) services.

Appointed by the court as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), I have advocated for children facing emotional, behavioral, and family challenges. My multidisciplinary background includes healthcare management, patient advocacy, mental health support, and business leadership. I have also managed residential care homes, ensured compliance, safety, and compassionate service delivery, while maintaining an active role in real estate management and business operations.

I am passionate about improving the quality of life for others through empathy, structure, and professionalism—whether in healthcare, education, or community support.

Ghassan Mahfuz

Professional Bio – Ghassan Mahfuz
Born and raised in Arizona, Ghassan developed a strong sense of community, discipline, and leadership from an early age. A dedicated student-athlete, he played football throughout his four years of high school, building teamwork and resilience that continue to shape his academic and professional life.

Ghassan attended Arizona State University, where he earned his degree in Urban Planning while actively contributing to campus life. During his time at ASU, he was a committed member of Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI), serving first as Recruitment Chair and later as Chapter President. These leadership roles strengthened his skills in communication, organization, and team management.

Currently, Ghassan works in business management for a retail organization, while also contributing to the growth and operations of I Care Physicians, a healthcare company. His dual professional roles reflect his strong work ethic, adaptability, and passion for achieving results in diverse environments.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Ghassan enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with his friends and family.
